Refund Policy

Use the refund request form or the refund link in your receipt. Approved refunds are processed within five business days.

No subscription exists, so there is nothing to cancel and no future recurring charge to stop.

Customers in the European Union and United Kingdom generally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance purchase. Digital content can begin immediately only when you expressly ask us to start delivery and acknowledge that this may affect the statutory right to withdraw once the content has been fully supplied.

That is why checkout includes a separate checkbox. It records your request for immediate access and your acknowledgement in plain words. It does not remove the voluntary 14-day, no-questions-asked refund policy stated above.
